Syncing patches on every startup

Hi,

I recently sold my Ti Desktop to get a TI Polar. Unfortunately the Virus control syncs patches on every startup which takes a lot of time. My old Virus didn´t! What´s wrong here?

IIRC, people had success with this issue by re-burning the TIOS and/or re-installing the whole Virus suite.
