Troubles with display

My Virus C Rack shows nonsential characters within the display. I tried to reset the os and I dumped os 6.5 to the virus. No sucess. The display has gone mad. Thank you for help.

If you are handy with electronics (or know someone who is), you could open it up and see if the LCD screen is connected properly. If it is damaged, it can also be replaced quite easily as it is quite a generic display, so I've heard.
