have sold my access virus TI snow......how can I transfer account to new owner ?

Need to transfer account to new owner , so he can create an account to download stuff

When we attempt to create an account we get told serial number is already registered

How can new owner create an account using the serial number already registered ?

Please advise

I buy a second hand virus ti, and have this problem, the serial number was registered to the first owner. I contact access and they delete the first owner from the data base, in order to register the serial number with my name. Or you can give your account to the new owner, and he can change the data (e-mail, pasword) in "My profile".
