TI2 Desktop Power Supply?

I just received my new TI2 Desktop that I purchased and opened it up but don't see a power supply. Odd since the Access site and the manual both mention that it comes with one.

Did Access forget to pack one?

It seems odd. Contact support about it and let them know your serial no.

Anyway, it's quite a standard 12VDC, 2.0A, central positive PSU.

For a second I thought that they finally made it bus powered. I knew it was too good to be true.

Thanks.

Well, I have a 1.5a power supply but that won't work. Oh, well. Going to wait for support then.

You 1.5A power supply could work given that most synths I know have a current draw between 1000 and 1500 mA. I don't know about the Virus and can't seem to find it giving a glance at the manuals. Still, it's better to contact support. If the unit was brand new, I have the feeling they'll issue a new psu.

Hah, at least they only forgot to pack the Power Supply in your case, which isn't all that important.

Mine they forgot to pack the stickers ;( :|

P.S.- They did offer to send me stickers though

lol. I didn't get stickers either.

Support is going to send me a new supply. Said it was the first time they've had this happen.

Was the box sealed? The stickers should have been with the extra knob, the little plastic feet, the warranty card and the red card telling you to get here and download the TI installer.

All of the others were present. I even looked in between every page in the manual :D

I still have most of them left from my snow

I was referring to the other user ;) I already know you didn't get your stickers in the box, but a box missing the PS, stickers and maybe something else doesn't feel right. I don't think it's left the factory with all that stuff missing.
