i just got a secondhand Virus TI but can't post in help?

It said serial # already registered because it had a previous owner. Does this mean that I can't post in the help forum?
I'm getting an annoying buzz noise that won't stop in Logic. Running the latest software version of everything. Thanks!

first of all, you get help through access support. contact them through the access website, virus.info/support/. they can help you out with your problem and also can tell you what needs to be done in order to re-register your second hand virus.
