"Virus TI Installer 3.3.4.00 for Windows 32 bit"- Error!

I tried to install the new OS but the installation process performed a rollback halfway and told me that an error has occurred and that the current system configuration was left untouched?!? (Tried it more than once...)

Same here. It also messes up the existing Virus TI driver installation. I had to reinstall a previous Virus TI installation to get it working again. I tried this a couple of times.

Same here, firmware wasn't updated, more on that Virus Control Center doesn't see the Virus connected. Reverted back to 3.3.0.0 beta, but VST dll's left from 3.3.4.0 and thus Virus Control doesn't peak up older 3.3.0.0 firmware on the Virus. When Access Music will tech installer to do its job properly, so users don't have to clean up the system by themselves. Sigh!
How can you be happy as you run a Windows basesd sys?

Glad to hear I'm not the only one... Tech support told me that I'm the first one with this issue, but I'm used to hear from other hardware manufaturers that I'm the first and only one, too. ;)

@all: Please contact tech support, they need your feedback!

I checked the installation step by step and I realized that the problem was an overload of the USB ports on the motherboard. Probably they were all hubs, I then connected the TI desktop to a USB port on the front and I managed to install everything correctly. I tried only with USB ports that are directly connected to the motherboard and I was totally snubbed the front panel.
I have personally encountered this problem by installing a virus on my new PC with ASUS motherboard p55p7d and i7 860, then in all USB ports directly related to behave as hubs.
I hope to be helpful to someone.
Merry Christmas to all!

It has to be a bug of the installer because since two years I successful update my VirusTI on the same USB port!

I've never experienced such a problem since 4 year i've owned the TI
