Virus Control Centre crashing!!

Every time I run Virus Control Centre it crashes with prompt "VCC has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. ..." just before the green is fully loaded.

I'm running Win7 on 8930G laptop.

What do I do? :!:

Did the installer finish fine on this PC setup and if so, what other USB devices are connected to your setup besides the TI right now?

Best wishes,

Thanks for your reply.

The installer appears to have finalized installation. I'm now having the same problem on my PC (previous error was on my laptop).
On laptop before and PC now: only Virus TI is connected.

Where do I begin to solve this problem? Why would the same exact error exist on two completely different machines?

Update: installed new beta OS. It says "No Virus TI can be found". ?(

Try downgrading to the 4.5.3 release version after you deinstalled the public beta following the instructions in the textfile that you find in the installer folder.
And please generate an NFO file with MSinfo32 and send it via email to the access support hotline.
