No VIRUS TI can be found

No VIRUS TI can be found

Since few days, no virus can be found.
I don't remember how that's happened.

I am on PC via cubase 5
1/ when I add a midi track with virus ti inside, an alert screen says :

"no virus ti can be found

please proceed as following:
-remove all cables ...
- 30 sec
- hold arp edit key ...
- until the unit rebooted...
- plug usb cable..."

what I have done. and always the same alert screen.

2/ when I run the virus control center
same thing. I follow the process, then the vius is found by virus control center
I turn off the virus control center then the virus ti turn off then on

I go to cubase, add a midi track with virus ti
and one more time, the same alert screen

3/change the usb cable, nothing changes

4/ change the usb port, nothing changes

5/ for a later issue, VolDeeman said to do this "In your host in i/o devices menu select Virus USB Audio Driver, change
the buffer size to 128 samples + safety buffer and then you can choose
the ASIO device you usually use. "
and that have fixed the problem (tx to him)
Here, nothing changes

Can you please help me to fix this issue???
