Submitting Virus Soundbanks to Access

I'm in the process of putting the finishing touches on a soundbank (128 patches) created by myself and a few others from tranceaddict.com. We are planning on giving it away for free and I'm wondering if anybody knows the process for hosting it on the Access website.

One quick follow-up question. If the bank is hosted on the Access site, can I still host it on my own site as well?
