Virus Snow Editor in Mac OS 10.4.11 PPC?

Does the Editor for the Virus Snow work in Mac OS 10.4.11 on a PPC?

I know it probably won't work as a plug-in, but will it run stand-alone via USB, or even via MIDI?

Although the last TIOS I saw installed on a PPC Mac was a TIOS3, I believe they still support this setup. In any case, MIDI from your soundcard to the MIDI in port will work regardless.
