TI Snow won't power up.

Just recently bought a brand new Virus TI Snow. The first day i tried it, it worked out fine and had no issues.
When i was done using it, i put it into standby.
Few hours later, i was going to use it again. This time, the whole LED display was white.
I tried to take it out of standby-mode. But no luck there. Tried all the buttoncombinations for reseting patches etc. But that didn't work either.
Then i plugged out the powersupply and tried to restart it. But then it recieved NO power whatsoever. The little ledlight which is supposed to glow when it has power only flashes once when i put the AC-cable in, but thats it.
No power.

I tried googling it, and searching through the forums for information about this issue, but i haven't found any thread about it.

My system:
Running windows 7 x64bit version with Fruityloops 10.
I downloaded the latest x64bit software for virus TI snow. (not beta)

I find this weird, because i haven't even moved the virus. All i did was set it up like the manual said. Tweaked around with sounds and all was working fine until the day after.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem ?
I will also send this in an e-mail to Access and hope they can solve the problem.

I really hope it's just me being an amateur and not the virus itself which is the problem.

Thanks for any feedback you can give me.

After talking to access support, they told me that it probably was a hardware fail. I sendt the Virus back to Germany and they sent me a new one.
