Windows 7 losing Connection to TI and Driver?
now that i have been manualy able to get the drivers installed in win7Beta 32Bit
heres the main problem still with version 3.1.0.0 (new installer)
you load up your virus plugin VST2 Version->loading stops in the middle, where it´s initiating

then finally its loaded up (took longer than normal) it gives out this error->vc is not coresponding to ti

now when i unplug the TI and replug you get the virus is not connected error

do reset, or just unplug the usb cabel, replug it and then finaly it loads up
also tryed a different usb, same thing
when its working its still very sluggish
hope you guys can fix this soon!

so...heres my little test with a pci usb card and a virus ti 2
the chipset of the usb card is a NEC720101F1
reinstalled the latest driver, still getting that (cannot install driver) but this time it installed all 3 drivers (when you install let the device manager open, there you can see how it installs)
thats usb driver, midi driver and audio driver
then i tryed a repair, couldn´t belive it but it installed the drivers without the "cannot install driver message" but that happend only 1 time
now vst2 & vst3 versions again are opening in cubase which is good
but one more thing marc and timo
tryed the studio one demo and there i´m still having that problem + vst3 version does not give out midichannels when you open it, is studio one allready a supported host?

Hi,
Until 3.0.3, Virus Control plug-in was lauching good on (tested examples) Cubase/Nuendo/Live/Reaper/Minihost/Cantabile/Samplitude.
But since 3.0.4, it only works in supported hosts.
In other hosts, it does not lauch anymore (like in your screenshots).
I work with Reaper and have to stay to 3.0.3. Maybe you should too...
I hope we will have a fix in next versions

The new beta seems to install a lot more smoothly on Win7 - Also, the sluggishness on Win7 with the VST is only present when the editor window is open (in FL at least), close it and it runs as smoothly as it ever has (still a pain to get the window up again, usually destabilising my powercore plugins)
