My Virus C is doing weird stuff

I bought this virus C use, after playing with it for about 15-30 min the sound start to cut, the volume drop, start to make some noise,most of the time high pitch noise. After that i need to close my virus for a while and then restart it. This is not usefull. X(

Please help

disconnect your cables except the power plug and try to reset your device....

perhaps you could try re-installing/updating the OS which is a simple procedure,

I have exactly the same problem. Did you manage to resolve it?
