Virus Spdif audio clock problem

Audio Clock Problem when I Connect Spdif Input Signal... to Virus....And Virus Show This Message Every 10-15 Seconds .I Tested With Some Other Devices But It Doesn't Make A Differences..
DAW: Cubase 6.5.4 (64 Bit)
OS:Windows 7 (64 Bit) And OSX 10.7.5
Virus TI OS:4.5.3

Synth : Virus Ti Desktop,Virus Ti Snow,Nord Stage ex88,Roland Mc-909
PC : Core i7 870 ,8.0 GB Ram
Mac : Macbook Pro Mid 2012 ,Core i7 ,8GB Ram

you got it set to AUTO or INTERNAL

in standalone mode :internal and auto Spdif does have sound but problem does exist
but in via usb just auto mode is getting signal and problem still exist

in both situation standalone and via usb spdif clock has problem... and make clips and pops
virus also change its mode to sync to host as well
DAW: Cubase 6.5.4 (64 Bit)
